As a Custom Software Engineer, you will spearhead the design, development, and configuration of specialized software applications. This role involves taking full ownership of projects and acting as the primary point of contact. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions are precisely tailored to project needs, continuously monitoring progress and resolving challenges throughout the development lifecycle.

- Lead the design, build, and configuration of applications, serving as the primary point of contact. - Perform independently and develop into a Subject Matter Expert (SME). - Actively participate and contribute in team discussions. - Provide effective solutions to work-related challenges. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software customization. - Document technical specifications and maintain clear communication with project stakeholders. - Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them on best practices.

- Minimum 2 years of experience required, with a focus on Murex Connectivity 2.0. - Must possess proficiency in Murex Connectivity 2.0 and Murex Back Office Workflows. - Strong understanding of integration techniques and middleware solutions, particularly for financial software. - Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex connectivity issues in enterprise environments. - Experience in configuring and customizing software applications to align with business processes. - Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies is beneficial. - A foundation of 15 years of full-time education is mandatory.
