Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer, focusing on developing innovative SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting solutions. This role leverages modern frameworks and agile practices to build scalable, high-performance applications tailored to specific business needs. You'll utilize AI-assisted development tools and copilots to enhance financial process analysis, configuration, documentation, testing, and troubleshooting, driving significant productivity gains without requiring deep model development.

This position emphasizes integration, quality delivery, and AI-enabled productivity. You will be instrumental in designing, configuring, and enhancing SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting capabilities, playing a key role in transforming financial operations.

Configure and enhance core SAP FI components including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Banking, Tax, and Financial Closing. Translate business requirements into scalable SAP configurations, utilizing AI copilots for accelerated analysis and documentation. Support end-to-end delivery from requirements gathering to hypercare, and integrate SAP FI with other SAP modules (MM, SD, CO, AA) and external systems.

Utilize AI copilots for drafting functional specifications, validating configurations, generating test scripts, and performing impact analysis. Apply pre-built AI services for financial data interpretation, error diagnosis, and faster issue resolution. Ensure compliance with SDLC, audit controls, and finance governance standards, while collaborating with finance users, functional teams, and stakeholders.

A strong understanding of SAP FI S/4HANA processes is essential, including the Universal Journal, Financial Closing & Reporting, AP/AR Processing, Asset Accounting, Banking & Cash Management, and Taxation. Experience integrating FI with CO, MM, and SD is required.

Demonstrate hands-on experience with AI copilots, LLM-based assistants, automated documentation, and AI-driven testing tools. Possess a solid grasp of AI concepts, limitations, and responsible AI usage, with practical application of pre-built AI services. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in finance processes and data, coupled with clear communication skills, are vital for this role. A continuous learning mindset and comfort with AI-enabled workflows are expected.
