A minimum of 3 years of experience is required, specifically in Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud.

A strong understanding of application design principles and software configuration techniques is essential. The ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues effectively is also expected.

Familiarity with integration methods and tools to connect applications with other systems, along with experience in optimizing application performance and ensuring scalability, are valuable.
