We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Custom Software Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade solutions that leverage Generative and Agentic AI frameworks. You will be instrumental in driving innovation, enhancing efficiency, and facilitating business transformation through AI-powered technologies.

As a Full Stack Engineering Analyst, you will contribute to building scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. The ideal candidate possesses a passion for modern frameworks, agile practices, and a deep understanding of full-stack development.

You will lead AI-driven solution design and delivery, applying Generative AI and Agentic AI to tackle complex business challenges. Responsibilities include automating processes, integrating intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact, and performing hands-on coding for application-heavy solutions.

Key duties involve active development, testing, and deployment of applications, writing efficient code in languages like Java Spring Boot and Python. You will also partner with senior architects on designing scalable, cloud-native architectures and build integrations using APIs, microservices, and event-driven patterns. Development and deployment across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a core function, alongside implementing practical AI features and collaborating with DevOps for containerized solutions and CI/CD pipelines.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in full-stack development is required, with 5 to 12 years of hands-on experience preferred, including at least 2 years in a lead developer or junior architect role. Strong proficiency in Java Spring Boot and Python for backend development is essential.

Candidates should have hands-on experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular, and basic exposure to AI/ML integration. Practical experience with integration patterns, microservices architecture, and familiarity with infrastructure tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and IaC (e.g., Terraform) are necessary.

A Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field is required. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, clear communication abilities, and an eagerness to learn new technologies are crucial. Certifications like Azure Developer Associate are considered a plus.
