This role is for a Custom Software Engineer focused on leading application design, building, and configuration. You will be the primary point of contact, ensuring projects meet specific requirements and aligning efforts across teams. This position emphasizes independent performance and becoming a subject matter expert (SME). You will actively participate in team discussions and contribute valuable solutions to work-related challenges. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key for gathering and analyzing application development requirements.

Key responsibilities include leading the design, development, and configuration of tailored software applications. Serve as the main liaison for project coordination, ensuring progress and alignment with objectives. Proactively engage in problem-solving and enhance application functionalities. Assist junior team members through guidance and support to foster their technical growth and project comprehension.

A strong command of Murex Datamart Reporting is essential. Experience with Murex Back Office Workflows is a plus. Candidates should possess deep knowledge of data extraction, transformation, and reporting within financial software. The ability to troubleshoot and optimize reporting workflows for enhanced performance and accuracy is crucial. Familiarity with configuring and customizing reporting tools to meet business needs is expected. Collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver effective reporting solutions is also required. A minimum of 2 years of experience in Murex Datamart Reporting and a 15-year full-time education are mandatory.
