As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be expected to perform independently and grow into a subject matter expert.

This role requires a minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience in Oracle EBS Human Capital Management (HCM).

Essential technical skills include: - Proficiency in Oracle EBS Human Capital Management (HCM). - Strong experience in customizing and extending Oracle EBS HCM modules. - Ability to work with PL/SQL and Oracle database concepts for performance optimization. - Familiarity with integration techniques for connecting Oracle EBS with other enterprise systems. - Understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
