This role involves developing custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across various systems and applications. Leveraging modern frameworks and agile practices, you will deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. The position focuses on utilizing AI-assisted development tools and copilots to accelerate financial process analysis, configuration, documentation, test creation, and troubleshooting within SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.

The emphasis is on seamless integration, delivering high-quality results, and enhancing productivity through AI, without requiring deep model development or advanced LLM/RAG engineering.

Configure and enhance core SAP FI components, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Banking, Tax, and Financial Closing. Translate complex business requirements into scalable SAP configurations, utilizing AI copilots to expedite analysis and documentation. Support the entire delivery lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare. Integrate SAP FI with other SAP modules (MM, SD, CO, AA) and external systems using standard integration patterns and APIs. Utilize AI copilots for drafting functional specifications, validating configurations, generating test scripts, performing impact analysis, and creating documentation. Apply pre-built AI services, such as anomaly detection and intelligent validations, to optimize financial processes. Employ AI tools for financial data interpretation, error diagnosis, and accelerated issue resolution. Ensure adherence to SDLC, audit controls, finance governance, data accuracy, and system performance standards. Conduct workshops, solution walkthroughs, testing cycles, and troubleshooting sessions enhanced by AI insights. Collaborate effectively with finance users, functional teams, technical teams, and cross-module stakeholders to deliver high-quality, aligned solutions. Contribute to the development of reusable templates, checklists, documentation patterns, and best practices for AI-assisted development.

A strong understanding of SAP FI S/4HANA processes, including the Universal Journal, Financial Closing & Reporting, AP/AR Processing, Asset Accounting, Banking & Cash Management, and Taxation & Compliance, is essential. Demonstrated experience integrating FI with SAP modules like CO, MM, and SD is required. Hands-on experience with AI copilots, LLM-based assistants, automated documentation tools, and AI-driven testing is necessary. Possess a foundational understanding of AI concepts, its limitations, responsible AI usage, and practical applications of pre-built AI services (model training, RAG, or agentic development not required). Ability to leverage AI for analysis, validation, test generation, workflow optimization, and issue resolution is key. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to finance processes and data are expected. Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams are crucial. Capability to translate business requirements into well-structured SAP finance solutions is vital. A continuous learning mindset and comfort with adopting AI-enabled workflows are important. Must have completed 15 years of full-time education.
