As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and configuring applications that precisely meet business process and application requirements.

Your role involves collaborating with teams to understand project needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring seamless application integration. You will also contribute to testing and troubleshooting efforts to enhance application performance and user experience, ultimately driving project success.

- Independently perform tasks and aim to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME). - Actively participate and contribute in team discussions. - Propose solutions for work-related challenges. - Assist in documenting application specifications and user guides. - Commit to continuous learning to stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) is essential.

Strong proficiency in application development methodologies, application integration within existing systems, and effective troubleshooting skills are required. Familiarity with user interface design principles is also beneficial.

This role requires 15 years of full-time education and is based in our Pune office.
