We are seeking a dynamic Mid-Level Application Architect / Senior Developer with a strong emphasis on hands-on development and practical solution design. The ideal candidate will possess robust experience in Java Spring Boot and Python, with a working knowledge of front-end technologies like React or Angular, and a foundational understanding of AI integration. This position highlights active coding, solution implementation, and collaborative efforts across application development, infrastructure, and integration within multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to deliver scalable and secure enterprise applications.

Lead AI-driven solution design and implementation, leveraging GenAI and Agentic AI to tackle intricate business challenges, streamline processes, and embed intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for tangible outcomes.

Key responsibilities include hands-on coding for application development, testing, and deployment, writing efficient code in languages like Java Spring Boot and Python, and contributing to front-end development with React or Angular. You will collaborate on designing scalable, cloud-native application architectures focused on performance and maintainability. Building and maintaining integrations using APIs, microservices, and event-driven patterns is crucial. Develop and deploy applications across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, ensuring portability and optimization. Implement practical AI features, support DevOps teams with containerized solutions and CI/CD pipelines, and optimize applications for performance and security. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stay updated on emerging technologies.

A minimum of 2 years in a lead developer or junior architect role, coupled with 5-12 years of overall full-stack development experience, is required. Demonstrated success in building and deploying solutions within multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is essential. Proficiency in Java Spring Boot and Python for backend development, along with hands-on experience in front-end frameworks like React or Angular, is a must. Basic exposure to AI/ML integration, practical experience with integration patterns and microservices architecture, and familiarity with infrastructure tools such as Docker and Kubernetes are also necessary. Cloud-native services understanding, working knowledge of DevOps practices, and familiarity with secure coding practices are expected.
