Focus on delivering efficient production planning, shop floor execution, and material staging processes. While integrating pre-built AI services to enhance workflows, deep AI model engineering is not a requirement. This is a chance to contribute to innovative solutions in a dynamic tech environment.

Configure and support SAP PP processes, including MRP, production orders, routings, work centers, BOM management, capacity planning, scheduling, backflushing, costing integration, goods movements, and shop floor reporting. Utilize AI copilots to accelerate the creation of functional specifications, validate routings/BOMs, generate test cases for MRP and order creation, and automate documentation. Support the full delivery lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to SIT/UAT, deployment, and hypercare. Integrate SAP PP with MM, QM, SD, FI/CO, and shop floor systems (MES) using standard APIs and middleware. Leverage AI copilots for automated requirement summarization, analysis of MRP exceptions, validation of order execution, and faster defect isolation. Embed pre-built AI services into production workflows for predictive insights, intelligent issue classification, and automated deviation summarization. Employ LLM-assisted troubleshooting to efficiently resolve MRP exceptions, order failures, and material shortages. Ensure adherence to production governance, change controls, data accuracy standards, and audit policies. Participate in workshops and solution reviews, enhanced by AI-generated insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve end-to-end planning excellence. Develop reusable templates, checklists, test packs, and AI-enabled best practices for SAP PP delivery.

A strong foundation in SAP PP is essential, with comprehensive knowledge of discrete manufacturing processes, including BOM/routing management, production order cycles, capacity planning, scheduling, and MRP. Demonstrated experience integrating SAP PP with MM, QM, SD, and FI/CO modules, as well as familiarity with order confirmations, settlements, and shop floor data capture. Proficiency in using AI copilots, automated documentation tools, and AI-assisted test accelerators is required. Comfortable embedding pre-built AI capabilities into production planning and execution, with an understanding of responsible AI usage and its limitations in manufacturing settings. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to production variability, MRP outcomes, and resource planning. Ability to translate manufacturing requirements into scalable SAP PP configurations. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with both technical and operational teams.
