Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. Configure and customize the Salesforce platform according to project requirements. Understand and participate in the SAFE Agile framework and its events. Contribute to defining business, functional, and technical requirements, and engage in application design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Apply strong triaging, troubleshooting, root cause, and impact analysis capabilities. Participate in testing efforts and produce necessary documentation. Apply best practices for development, support, enhancements, and bug fixes on the Salesforce.com platform. Test application stability and functionality, providing technical assistance and end-user troubleshooting. Present or demo functionalities as needed and ensure clear, workable communication among all parties.

Must have proficiency in Salesforce Development. A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent is required. Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant professional experience is expected. Proficiency with Salesforce Lightning Configurations, including Lightning App Builder and Lightning Quick Actions. Expertise in Apex Triggers and its framework, Apex Classes, LWC, Flows, Batch Apex, and Rest API Integrations. Skilled in Future Methods and Scheduled, Queueable Apex, Test Classes, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Visual Force. Strong understanding of the Roles, Sharing & Security Model, Public Groups, Data Management, Objects, Page Layouts, Profiles, and Permission Sets. Good knowledge in building Reports and Dashboards. Advanced experience in software development within an Agile environment, with SAFe experience being a significant advantage. Extensive experience in designing and developing on the Salesforce.com application. Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins/CLI is beneficial. Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills to influence and engage colleagues and stakeholders. Ability to work accurately and outcome-based, both independently and in a team, in a high-pressure, multi-tasking environment with changing priorities.
