You will configure and enhance SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) processes, employing AI tools for requirement analysis, configuration, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting. The focus is on integrating pre-built AI services and enhancing productivity rather than deep AI model development.

Configure and optimize SAP SD components, including Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, Credit Management, and Returns. Utilize AI copilots to generate functional specifications, validate pricing, automate test cases, and accelerate documentation. Support end-to-end implementation cycles, from requirements gathering to post-go-live support, and integrate SD with other modules (MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM) and external systems.

Accelerate process analysis, pricing diagnostics, impact analysis, test planning, and documentation using AI-enabled tools. Incorporate pre-built AI features for automated exception detection, intelligent order classification, and smart summarization of issues. Reduce incident resolution time with LLM-assisted troubleshooting. Ensure solutions adhere to SDLC practices, audit controls, and compliance. Conduct workshops and walkthroughs using AI-supported insights. Partner with various teams for O2C alignment and contribute AI-enhanced reusable templates and best practices.

Demonstrate strong SAP SD expertise with a deep understanding of O2C processes such as order creation, ATP, shipping, billing, credit checks, and pricing. Possess experience with SD/FI and SD/MM integrations, including cross-module dependencies. Knowledge of master data, IDocs, outputs, and common SD troubleshooting steps is required.

Showcase hands-on experience with AI copilots, automated documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing/analysis. Ability to integrate pre-built AI capabilities into SD workflows is essential, with an understanding of responsible AI usage and limitations in commercial settings. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in O2C scenarios, with the capability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP SD configurations, are crucial.
