This role focuses on developing custom software solutions, enhancing components, and designing scalable applications using modern frameworks and agile practices. The primary objective is to deliver high-performing solutions tailored to specific business requirements, with a key emphasis on SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting functionalities.

Leverage AI-assisted development tools and copilots to accelerate financial process analysis, configuration, documentation, testing, and troubleshooting. This position prioritizes integration, quality, and AI-enabled productivity without requiring in-depth model development or advanced LLM/RAG engineering.

Configure and enhance core SAP FI components, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Banking, Tax, and Financial Closing. Translate business needs into scalable SAP configurations, utilizing AI copilots for accelerated analysis and documentation. Support the entire delivery lifecycle from requirements gathering to hypercare. Integrate SAP FI with other SAP modules (MM, SD, CO, AA) and external systems. Utilize AI copilots for drafting functional specifications, validating configurations, generating test scripts, and performing impact analysis. Apply pre-built AI services for anomaly detection, forecasting, and intelligent validations to improve finance processes. Use AI tools for financial data interpretation, error diagnosis, and faster issue resolution.

Ensure adherence to SDLC, audit controls, finance governance, data accuracy, and system performance standards. Conduct workshops, solution walkthroughs, and testing cycles, leveraging AI-enhanced insights. Collaborate with finance users, functional and technical teams, and cross-module stakeholders for aligned, high-quality solutions. Contribute to reusable templates, checklists, documentation patterns, and AI-assisted development best practices.

A strong understanding of SAP FI S/4HANA processes is essential, covering Universal Journal, Financial Closing & Reporting, AP/AR Processing, Asset Accounting, Banking & Cash Management, and Taxation and compliance. Experience integrating FI with CO, MM, and SD is required. Hands-on experience with AI copilots, LLM-based assistants, automated documentation, and AI-driven testing tools is also a must.

Demonstrate practical application of pre-built AI services for analysis, validation, test generation, workflow optimization, and issue resolution. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in finance processes and data, coupled with clear communication skills for effective collaboration with business and technical teams. The ability to translate business requirements into well-structured SAP finance solutions and a continuous learning mindset with comfort in adopting AI-enabled workflows are crucial.
