Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer and play a pivotal role in developing sophisticated software solutions. This position involves designing, coding, and enhancing system components, utilizing modern frameworks and agile methodologies to deliver scalable, high-performance applications tailored to specific business requirements.

As a Senior Analyst in Custom Software Engineering, you will leverage AI-assisted development tools and copilots to streamline the entire development lifecycle. Your focus will be on delivering efficient Order-to-Cash (O2C) solutions, integrating pre-built AI services, and boosting productivity through AI enablement, rather than deep AI model development or agentic systems.

Configure and optimize SAP SD components, including Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, Credit Management, and Returns. Utilize AI copilots for drafting functional specifications, validating pricing logic, automating test cases, and accelerating documentation. Support end-to-end implementation cycles from requirements gathering to post-go-live support. Integrate SAP SD with other modules like MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, and external systems.

Apply AI-enabled tools to accelerate process analysis, pricing diagnostics, impact analysis, test planning, and documentation automation. Incorporate pre-built AI features into SAP SD workflows, such as automated exception detection, intelligent order classification, and smart summarization of issues. Employ LLM assistance for faster incident resolution.

Ensure solutions adhere to organizational SDLC practices, audit controls, and compliance. Conduct workshops and solution walkthroughs, leveraging AI-generated insights. Collaborate with logistics, finance, supply chain, master data, and technical teams for seamless O2C alignment. Contribute reusable assets and best practices enhanced by AI accelerators.

Demonstrate strong expertise in SAP SD, with a deep understanding of O2C processes, including order creation, ATP, shipping, billing, credit checks, and pricing procedures. Possess experience with SD/FI and SD/MM integrations and cross-module dependencies. Knowledge of master data, IDocs, outputs, and common SD troubleshooting steps is essential.

Acquire hands-on experience with AI copilots, automated documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing/analysis. Ability to integrate pre-built AI capabilities into SAP SD process flows is required, understanding the responsible use and limitations of AI in commercial workflows.

Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills in O2C scenarios. Translate business requirements into scalable SAP SD configurations effectively.
