This role involves developing custom software solutions, focusing on designing, coding, and enhancing components within applications. You will leverage modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions tailored to specific business needs. A key aspect is integrating AI-assisted development tools and copilots to accelerate financial process analysis, configuration, documentation, testing, and troubleshooting.

The position emphasizes seamless integration, high-quality delivery, and leveraging AI for enhanced productivity, without requiring deep model development or advanced LLM/RAG engineering. This is an opportunity to be at the forefront of AI-enabled SAP finance transformation.

Configure and enhance core SAP FI components, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Banking, Tax, and Financial Closing. Translate complex business requirements into scalable SAP configurations, utilizing AI copilots to streamline analysis and documentation.

Support end-to-end project delivery, from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare. Integrate SAP FI with other SAP modules (MM, SD, CO, AA) and external systems using standard integration patterns and APIs.

Actively use AI copilots for drafting functional specifications, validating configurations, generating test scripts, performing impact analysis, and creating documentation. Apply pre-built AI services for tasks like anomaly detection, forecasting, and intelligent validations to improve finance processes. Utilize AI tools for interpreting financial data, diagnosing errors, and accelerating issue resolution.

Ensure adherence to SDLC, audit controls, finance governance, data accuracy, and system performance standards. Conduct workshops, solution walkthroughs, testing cycles, and troubleshooting sessions, enhanced by AI-driven insights. Collaborate effectively with finance users, functional teams, technical teams, and cross-module stakeholders to deliver aligned, high-quality solutions. Contribute to the development of reusable templates, checklists, documentation patterns, and best practices for AI-assisted development.

A strong understanding of SAP FI S/4HANA processes is essential, including the Universal Journal, Financial Closing & Reporting, AP/AR Processing, Asset Accounting (AA), Banking & Cash Management, and Taxation and compliance.

Demonstrated experience integrating FI with CO, MM, and SD modules is required. You should have hands-on experience with AI copilots, LLM-based assistants, automated documentation tools, and AI-driven testing.

Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities concerning finance processes and data. Excellent communication skills and the capacity to collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams are crucial. The ability to translate business requirements into well-structured SAP finance solutions and a continuous learning mindset, comfortable adopting AI-enabled workflows, are also key.
