- Minimum of 3 years of experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM). - Proven ability to customize and configure ServiceNow modules to align with business objectives. - Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile principles. - Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within ServiceNow environments. - Familiarity with scripting languages and integration techniques pertinent to ServiceNow. - A completed 15 years of full-time education is mandatory.
