As an AI-Native Developer for Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), you will be instrumental in designing, building, and configuring AEP solutions. This includes managing data ingestion, schema design, segmentation, Real-Time CDP, and journey orchestration, with AI deeply integrated into your workflow. Your role focuses on hands-on AEP development and requirement analysis, directly contributing to scalable, data-driven customer experience solutions for enterprise clients. You'll leverage AI coding assistants and LLM APIs daily to enhance platform configuration, data modeling, query optimization, and integration, always applying engineering judgment to validate AI-generated outputs.

Analyze business and data requirements using AI tools to synthesize briefs and draft AEP solution specifications. Design and implement XDM schemas, datasets, and data ingestion pipelines, utilizing AI for accelerated modeling and integrity validation. Build and configure audience segments, merge policies, and identity graph settings within Real-Time CDP, with AI assisting in generating segment logic. Design and configure customer journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer, using AI tools to speed up logic drafting and test scenario generation. Develop and maintain AEP API integrations and Query Service SQL workloads, leveraging AI-assisted code generation and debugging. Validate all AI-generated AEP configurations, code, and data models before production, and contribute to AEP-specific prompt engineering patterns. Implement data quality rules, consent management, and data governance policies within AEP, using AI to identify anomalies. Monitor AEP data pipelines, ingestion jobs, and journey executions, applying AI-assisted diagnostics for root-cause analysis.

Minimum 2-5 years of commercial AEP development experience in production environments is required. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field is necessary. Demonstrated experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) in a delivery context is essential. You must have a 15-year full-time education background. Proficiency in SQL and JavaScript is required, with a working knowledge of Python being a plus. Familiarity with cloud fundamentals (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipeline concepts is expected. An understanding of AI limitations and responsible use, alongside the ability to validate and improve AI-generated outputs, is crucial.
