Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer and play a pivotal role in the entire lifecycle of software development. You will be instrumental from the initial conceptualization and planning phases through to coding, documentation, and rigorous testing.

This role extends to the deployment and ongoing maintenance, optimization, and support of the solutions we build. You'll collaborate within a dynamic product team, working alongside other professionals to deliver exceptional software products.

- Design, code, and enhance software components across various systems and applications. - Implement effective, secure, and maintainable software solutions adhering to clean code principles. - Conduct comprehensive quality assurance, including unit, developer, integration, UI, and performance testing, with a focus on test automation. - Manage and optimize database designs. - Maintain build pipelines, related infrastructure, and middleware. - Drive software craftsmanship, ensuring high internal code quality through peer reviews and pair programming. - Identify opportunities for synergy, optimization, and refactoring. - Engage with stakeholders for feature evaluation, planning, and consultation, sharing insights into the business domain.

- Possess practical experience in at least one relevant programming language and framework. - Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. - Adhere to clean code principles throughout the development process. - Have experience with various software development methodologies such as TDD, BDD, ATDD, and Pair Programming. - Exhibit creativity in developing innovative and effective solutions. - Show a strong sense of ownership and responsibility for the product. - Effectively communicate and consult with stakeholders and team members. - Minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience in Data Engineering is essential.
