You will play a key role in configuring and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) solutions. The position involves utilizing AI-assisted development tools to accelerate requirement analysis, configuration, testing, documentation, and issue resolution. The focus is on enhancing productivity and integrating pre-built AI services without requiring deep AI model engineering.

Key responsibilities include configuring and optimizing SAP Employee Central Payroll, including pay components, off-cycle processes, and gross-to-net calculations. You will use AI copilots to rapidly generate functional specifications, configuration notes, and testing scenarios. Support the entire delivery cycle, from requirements gathering to post-go-live stabilization, ensuring seamless integration with various SAP modules and third-party systems.

AI-assisted productivity is a core aspect, utilizing copilots for impact analysis, test script automation, defect analysis, and documentation creation. Integrate pre-built AI services for anomaly detection, payroll run summarization, and intelligent ticket categorization. Apply AI-enabled tools to accelerate compliance checks and payroll audits.

Ensure strict compliance with payroll regulations and data privacy laws. Participate in workshops and optimization discussions, enhanced with AI-supported insights. Collaborate closely with HR operations, finance, and technical teams. Contribute to reusable payroll templates and best practices, incorporating AI-assisted workflows.

A strong foundation in SAP Payroll Expertise is essential, with hands-on experience in Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and/or SAP HCM Payroll fundamentals. This includes proficiency in PCRs, schemas, wage types, retrocalculations, payroll calendars, off-cycle runs, and integration with EC, Time Off, and Benefits.
