Seeking a skilled Custom Software Engineer to craft bespoke software solutions. This role involves designing, coding, and enhancing system components using modern frameworks and agile methodologies. We are also actively searching for a Senior QA Automation Engineer with a strong background in BFSI. This position offers the opportunity to lead automation efforts for critical financial platforms, including core banking, transaction engines, payment workflows, and loan systems. You will be instrumental in designing framework architectures, developing robust test suites, and integrating automation seamlessly into CI-CD pipelines.

Develop and enhance custom software solutions, focusing on scalable and high-performance components. Design, code, and improve software across various systems and applications. Utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver tailored business solutions. Lead the automation of critical financial platforms (core banking, payment workflows, loan systems). Design and implement UI and API test automation frameworks using Playwright, Selenium, Java, and TypeScript. Validate BFSI systems, including core banking, middle-office transaction engines, payment settlements, and lending platforms. Integrate automated regression packs into CI-CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub, Bitbucket) for frequent, high-quality releases. Perform data and log verification on Unix servers, execute SQL queries, and conduct API testing.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in software development is required, with a focus on custom solutions. Extensive experience (8+ years) in Quality Engineering, with at least 5 years in the BFSI and Financial Services domain. Proficiency in core technologies: Playwright, Selenium WebDriver, Java, TypeScript, Cucumber BDD, JUnit or TestNG. Experience with essential tools: Jenkins, Git, GitHub, Bitbucket, Jira, Postman, SQL, and Unix-Linux environments. Strong understanding of Core Banking (Flexcube), Middle Office or Order Processing, Retail or MSME Loans, and Payment Processing. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is essential. Familiarity with AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot is a plus. Relevant industry certifications are beneficial.
