Design and implement sophisticated Amazon Connect contact-center solutions, encompassing contact flows, queues, and agent workspace integrations.

Develop generative AI use cases with Amazon Bedrock, focusing on prompt engineering and model integration.

Configure and extend AI agents for enhanced customer interactions and agent assistance.

Utilize Contact Lens for advanced analytics, sentiment analysis, and quality insights.

Create and maintain knowledge bases to ensure AI assistants provide accurate and timely information.

Develop outbound campaigns, manage customer journeys, and ensure compliance.

Build custom reports and data pipelines using AWS analytics services.

Develop robust AWS Lambda functions and APIs for seamless integrations and event processing.

Design DynamoDB data models and event-driven workflows using Amazon EventBridge.

Integrate Amazon Connect with critical business systems via secure APIs and AWS services.

A strong foundation in Amazon Connect and Bedrock is essential, including hands-on experience with contact flows, agent workspace, and CloudWatch logging.

Practical experience with generative AI, prompt engineering, and model selection is required.

Familiarity with AI agent capabilities and their implementation within Connect is necessary.
