Shape the future of enterprise applications by building AI-native solutions on SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP). This role emphasizes a fusion of robust platform engineering with cutting-edge agentic AI patterns. You will be instrumental in developing, deploying, and optimizing cloud applications, transforming them into intelligent systems through agile prototyping and production-grade development.

This position is ideal for engineers passionate about leveraging LLMs, tools, and retrieval mechanisms to create intelligent, responsive enterprise applications within the SAP ecosystem.

Develop and manage cloud applications on SAP BTP, encompassing platform administration, solution design, and full-stack development. Build responsive user interfaces using SAPUI5 and develop backend services and APIs with Node.js. Design and implement data models and integrate applications with SAP HANA persistence. Configure platform environments, including subaccounts, service instances, and connectivity artifacts for seamless integration. Engineer AI-native features, such as LLM-integrated assistants, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and robust evaluation loops. Champion engineering excellence through Git-based workflows, Agile methodologies, and diligent debugging across all development layers.

A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in custom software engineering. Proficiency in SAP BTP application development, including platform architecture, administration, solution design, and full-stack build. Demonstrated experience in full-stack implementation, covering backend services, APIs, data models, and UI integration. Solid understanding of software engineering principles, including clean code, testing, and CI/CD practices. Ability to transition from prototype development to production-ready solutions is essential. 15 years of full-time education is a prerequisite for this role.
