Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer to craft innovative software solutions. You'll design, code, and refine components, leveraging modern frameworks and agile methodologies to deliver robust, high-performance applications tailored to specific business needs.

Your role will involve developing and configuring applications that align with business processes and requirements. A typical day includes collaborating with colleagues to grasp project objectives, building application functionalities, and ensuring seamless, efficient application performance.

We also focus on continuous improvement through testing and troubleshooting, adapting to changing business demands and technological advancements to enhance user experience.

Lead performance testing strategy and execution, including system integration and user acceptance testing. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve testing objectives and timelines. Collect, analyze, and report performance metrics, ensuring effective defect management and resolution.

Manage performance testing environments, ensuring readiness and collaborating on test data preparation. Mentor offshore and onsite testing teams, track progress, and facilitate stakeholder communications. Maintain comprehensive documentation of test cases and results.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in Micro Focus LoadRunner is essential. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java, Python, and Unix shell scripting is required. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are vital.

Experience with performance monitoring tools, test automation frameworks like JMeter, Dynatrace, and Splunk, is expected. This position requires 15 years of full-time education and is based in our Chennai or Pune office.
