Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer to design, configure, and enhance SAP FSCM Credit Management processes. This role emphasizes leveraging AI-assisted development tools and copilots to accelerate requirement analysis, configuration, testing, documentation, and issue resolution.

The focus is on building robust customer credit evaluation, monitoring, and risk mitigation capabilities. You will integrate pre-built AI services to boost accuracy and efficiency, without the need for custom AI model development, RAG systems, or agentic frameworks.

Configure and support SAP Credit Management functionalities including credit master data, scoring rules, limits, approvals, exposure management, and credit checks. Utilize AI copilots to expedite the creation of functional specifications, configuration documentation, testing procedures, and process flow diagrams.

Support end-to-end delivery, from requirements gathering and solution design to configuration, SIT/UAT support, deployment, and hypercare. Coordinate integrations with external credit agencies, scoring engines, and middleware.

Apply AI copilots for requirement summarization, impact analysis, automatic documentation generation, and faster troubleshooting of credit block and exposure issues. Integrate pre-built AI services for intelligent credit scoring, anomaly detection, predictive risk signals, and automated trend summarization.

A strong foundation in SAP FSCM Credit Management is essential, with hands-on experience in rule-based scoring, credit control areas, segment management, limit approvals, and exposure calculations. A solid understanding of its integration with SD, FI AR, and Collections/Disputes is required.

Familiarity with BAPI/BAdI enhancements, workflow rules, and credit risk matrices is necessary. You should also have experience using AI copilots, LLM-powered documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing accelerators, with the ability to integrate pre-built AI capabilities into credit and risk workflows.

Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills in financial risk, credit processes, and customer behavior analysis. Effectively translate risk and credit policy requirements into scalable SAP configurations. Continuous learning and comfort with adopting AI-driven productivity tools are key.
