Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow platform, customizing modules like ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and CSM. Build and configure Service Catalog items, develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations. Implement REST/SOAP integrations, troubleshoot platform issues, and participate in requirement gathering and solution design.

Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards, support platform upgrades, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. You are expected to contribute independently, become a subject matter expert, and actively participate in team discussions, offering solutions to complex problems.

Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience, with a focus on ServiceNow IT Service Management. Proficiency in customizing and configuring ServiceNow modules is essential. A strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies is necessary, along with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues within ServiceNow environments. Familiarity with scripting languages and relevant integration techniques is also key.
