Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer, focusing on enhancing SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) functionalities. This role utilizes AI-assisted development tools to streamline requirement analysis, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting, delivering efficient Order to Cash (O2C) solutions. You'll integrate pre-built AI services to boost productivity, rather than developing complex AI models or agentic systems.

Configure and optimize SAP SD components including Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, and Credit Management. Leverage AI copilots to draft functional specifications, validate pricing logic, and automate test case generation. Support end-to-end implementation cycles from requirements gathering to post-go-live support, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules and external systems. Utilize AI tools for accelerated process analysis, issue diagnostics, and test planning. Incorporate pre-built AI features for automated exception detection and intelligent order management. Employ LLM-assisted troubleshooting to reduce incident resolution times.

Requires a strong understanding of SAP SD and O2C processes, including order creation, ATP, shipping, and billing. Demonstrated experience with SD/FI and SD/MM integrations, master data, and common SD troubleshooting is essential. Hands-on experience with AI copilots, automated documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing is required. Ability to integrate pre-built AI capabilities into SAP SD workflows is key. Must possess strong analytical skills, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP SD configurations. Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders are also vital.
