Essential for this position is proficiency in Atlassian Jira Service Management and ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM). A strong foundation in the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies is required, along with the ability to design and implement scalable software components using contemporary programming frameworks. Familiarity with integration techniques and API development is beneficial. Troubleshooting software defects to ensure system stability and a good understanding of version control systems are also necessary. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Atlassian Jira Service Management is mandatory, and candidates must have completed 15 years of full-time education.
