Join us to architect and build AI-native, enterprise-grade user experiences using SAPUI5 and the SAP Fiori paradigm. This role combines deep front-end engineering expertise with advanced AI patterns, including LLM integration and agentic AI. The objective is to transform SAP experiences from static forms into intelligent, guided, and adaptive journeys that significantly accelerate business task completion while upholding enterprise-level performance, accessibility, security, and reliability.

We are focused on moving beyond traditional screens to create adaptive SAP experiences. This involves leveraging AI to guide users and enable faster completion of business tasks, ensuring a seamless and efficient user interaction at scale.

Develop responsive, user-friendly SAPUI5 interfaces following MVC architecture and component-based patterns. Implement robust data flows using OData and service mocking for development and testing. Design client-side models and bindings to manage complex enterprise datasets. Integrate AI-driven experiences within UI flows for real-time assistance and contextual guidance. Build tool-augmented UI patterns, ensuring clear user confirmation and safe action boundaries. Develop retrieval-grounded UI interactions (RAG-style) that maintain context with enterprise knowledge. Create automated test coverage for UI components using unit and acceptance testing. Optimize application performance and maintainability through reusable components and consistent coding standards. Apply SAP Fiori design principles for role-based, consistent cross-device experiences. Collaborate with stakeholders, prototype rapidly, and iterate on UI solutions for production readiness.

A strong foundation in SAP UI5/SAPUI5 development and enterprise UI engineering is essential. Mastery of MVC architecture, responsive UI construction, and component-driven development within SAP UI5. Solid experience with OData and service mocking for development and testing workflows. Proficiency in front-end technologies: JavaScript, JSON, CSS, and Git for collaboration. Demonstrated capability in building AI-native UX, integrating LLM behaviors with grounding, tool use, and evaluation loops. Familiarity with the SAP Fiori design paradigm and translating UX principles into scalable UI solutions. Experience with testing approaches for SAPUI5 applications is highly beneficial. Understanding of SAPUI5 vs. OpenUI5 positioning and enterprise delivery implications. 15 years of full-time education is a prerequisite for this role.
