Configure and optimize SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP), including pay components, off-cycle processes, and gross-to-net calculations. Utilize AI copilots to rapidly generate functional specifications, configuration notes, and testing scenarios. Support the complete delivery cycle, from initial requirements gathering and solution design through UAT, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization. Ensure seamless integration between Employee Central (EC), Time Management, HRIS Sync, BIB, and other relevant third-party systems. Perform payroll simulations, validations, and error diagnostics with AI-assisted tools. Apply AI copilots for impact analysis, test script automation, defect analysis, and documentation creation. Integrate pre-built AI services for tasks such as anomaly detection and payroll run summarization. Accelerate compliance checks and payroll audits using AI-enabled tools. Ensure strict adherence to payroll regulations, audit requirements, and data privacy laws. Collaborate with HR operations, finance, and technical teams, enhancing discussions with AI-supported insights. Contribute to reusable payroll templates and best practices, incorporating AI-assisted workflows.

A strong foundation in SAP Payroll is essential, with hands-on experience in Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and/or SAP HCM Payroll fundamentals. Proficiency in PCRs, schemas, wage types, retrocalculations, payroll calendars, off-cycle runs, and integration with EC, Time Off, and Benefits is required. Understanding of payroll posting to finance (FI/CO) and reconciliation practices is crucial. Demonstrate practical experience using AI copilots and LLM-based tools for analysis, documentation, and troubleshooting. Ability to integrate pre-built AI capabilities, such as automated validations and anomaly detection. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in data-driven payroll scenarios. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary for effective teamwork across HR, payroll, and technical departments. A continuous learning mindset and comfort with adopting AI-enabled workflows are key. A minimum of 3 years of experience is required for this role.
