This role emphasizes leveraging AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity in configuration, documentation, analysis, and testing. You will focus on delivering robust enterprise asset management capabilities, integrating pre-built AI services, and driving efficiency through AI enablement, rather than custom AI model development.

Configure and enhance SAP Asset Management processes, including maintenance planning and work order management. Utilize AI copilots for generating functional specifications, validating configurations, and creating test scenarios. Drive end-to-end delivery from requirement gathering to hypercare. Integrate SAP Asset Management with other modules and external systems using standard APIs. Leverage AI tools for impact analysis, data validation, error diagnosis, test case creation, and solution documentation. Integrate pre-built AI capabilities like predictive maintenance and anomaly detection into asset workflows. Ensure SAP solutions adhere to enterprise data quality and governance standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to reusable best practices.

Requires strong hands-on experience with SAP Asset Management/Plant Maintenance (PM), covering preventive and corrective maintenance, work order lifecycle, maintenance planning, equipment master data, and reporting. Familiarity with cross-module integrations (MM, QM, FI/CO) is essential. Practical experience with AI copilots, LLM assistants, and automated development tools is required. Ability to incorporate pre-built AI services into SAP processes is key. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to asset lifecycles, clear communication, and a continuous learning mindset open to AI-driven improvements. 15 years of full-time education is a prerequisite.
