As a Senior Analyst in Full Stack Engineering, you will focus on building scalable, high-performing custom software solutions. Your work will encompass designing, coding, and enhancing components across various systems and applications, utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to meet specific business needs.

Lead the design and delivery of AI-driven solutions by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to complex business challenges. Automate processes and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact. Actively develop, test, and deploy application-heavy solutions, writing clean, efficient code in Java Spring Boot or Python for backend systems. Contribute to front-end development using React or Angular. Partner with senior architects to design scalable, cloud-native application architectures focused on performance and maintainability. Build and maintain integrations using APIs, microservices, and event-driven patterns like REST, GraphQL, Kafka, or message queues. Deploy applications across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, optimizing for cost and performance. Implement practical AI features using cloud-based AI services or frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch. Collaborate with DevOps teams on containerized solutions (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines. Ensure applications meet performance and security standards through code reviews and adherence to best practices. Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical implementations. Stay updated on full-stack development trends, cloud technologies, and AI advancements.

Minimum of 3 years of experience is required, with a focus on full-stack development. Demonstrated experience building and deploying solutions in multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Strong proficiency in Java Spring Boot and Python for backend development. Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks like React or Angular. Basic exposure to AI/ML integration, such as using cloud AI services or simple ML frameworks. Practical experience with integration patterns (REST APIs, message queues) and microservices architecture. Familiarity with infrastructure tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and IaC (Terraform). Working knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines. Understanding of secure coding practices and basic enterprise security standards. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with a hands-on mindset. Clear communication abilities for stakeholder collaboration. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
