Drive innovation as a Custom Software Engineer, focusing on SAP MM Materials Management. This role involves designing, developing, and enhancing components across systems using modern frameworks and agile methodologies.

Leverage AI-powered tools and copilots to streamline development processes, from requirement analysis to problem resolution. The primary objective is to optimize procurement, inventory management, and supplier collaboration through intelligent automation.

Configure and optimize critical SAP MM processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Purchase Requisition/Order Management, Vendor Management, and Inventory Management.

Utilize AI copilots to generate functional specifications, validate configurations, create test cases, and automate documentation, accelerating end-to-end delivery.

Integrate MM modules with other SAP components (SD, FI, PP, QM) and external systems using standard APIs and middleware.

Apply AI tools to enhance requirement interpretation, data validation, error diagnostics, and test creation. Integrate pre-built AI services for automated material classification, predictive signals, and intelligent issue summarization.

Ensure compliance with procurement governance and audit policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive MM solutions and contribute reusable best practices.

Possess strong SAP MM expertise with a deep understanding of P2P processes, vendor evaluation, and inventory management. Experience configuring material master, vendor master, PO/PR processing, and goods movements is essential.

Demonstrate hands-on experience with AI copilots, LLM-powered documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing accelerators. Ability to integrate pre-built AI capabilities into MM workflows is required.

Required qualifications include 15 years of full-time education and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and clear communication skills are necessary for success in this role.
