Opportunity for a Custom Software Engineer to develop tailored software solutions. This role involves designing, coding, and enhancing system components using modern frameworks and agile methodologies to deliver scalable and high-performing applications that meet specific business needs.

Key responsibilities include building and deploying custom Workfront workflows, templates, forms, dashboards, and KPI reports. You will also develop and maintain complex Fusion scenarios for automation and administer the Workfront environment, ensuring its stability and compliance. Collaboration with project managers, business owners, and IT teams on requirements, design, and change management is essential. Continuous optimization of workflows and identification of new automation opportunities are also critical aspects of this role.

Design and deploy custom Workfront workflows, templates, forms, dashboards, and KPI driven reports. Build and maintain complex Fusion scenarios for automation across enterprise systems. Administer the full Workfront environment, including users, roles, permissions, and governance. Collaborate with stakeholders on requirements, solution design, and change management. Continuously optimize workflows and identify new automation opportunities.

Requires a minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront design, development, and administration. Proficiency in Workfront and its various modules is essential. Experience with Fusion Scenario Development and Adobe Fusion certification is highly desirable. Strong preference for candidates with experience integrating Workfront with third-party tools and knowledge of API endpoints. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field is required, along with 15 years of full-time education. Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, documentation, and communication skills are necessary. Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with third-party integrations is expected. Workfront core and Fusion certified resources are sought after.
