Innovate and build custom software solutions as a Custom Software Engineer. This role focuses on designing, coding, and enhancing system components using modern frameworks and agile methodologies. You will deliver scalable, high-performing applications tailored to specific business requirements.

The position involves leveraging AI-assisted development tools to enhance efficiency in requirement analysis, configuration, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting. The goal is to deliver effective Order to Cash (O2C) solutions, integrate pre-built AI services, and boost productivity through AI enablement, rather than developing AI models directly.

Configure and optimize SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) modules, including order management, pricing, delivery, billing, and credit management. Utilize AI copilots to streamline the creation of functional specifications, validate pricing logic, automate test case generation, and accelerate documentation. Support full implementation lifecycles, from requirements gathering and solution design to configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Integrate SAP SD with other modules like MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, and external systems using standard APIs and middleware. Accelerate process analysis, pricing issue diagnostics, impact analysis, test planning, and documentation creation using AI-enabled tools. Incorporate pre-built AI features into SAP SD workflows for tasks like automated exception detection and intelligent order classification. Apply LLM-assisted troubleshooting to reduce incident resolution times.

Possess a strong understanding of Order to Cash (O2C) processes within SAP SD, covering order creation, ATP, shipping, billing, credit checks, and pricing. Demonstrate experience with SD/FI and SD/MM integrations, including an understanding of cross-module dependencies. Have knowledge of master data (customer, material, pricing, credit), IDocs, outputs, and common SD troubleshooting techniques. Show practical experience with AI copilots, automated documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing/analysis tools. Be capable of integrating pre-built AI capabilities into SAP SD process flows. Communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience is required, with a strong foundation in SAP SD. A mandatory 15 years of full-time education is required for this role.
