This role focuses on developing and enhancing custom software solutions within SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). You will leverage modern frameworks and agile practices to build scalable, high-performing applications tailored to specific business requirements. The position involves utilizing AI-assisted development tools to streamline processes like requirement analysis, coding, testing, and documentation, ultimately boosting efficiency and delivering robust Order to Cash (O2C) solutions.

This is an opportunity to apply AI capabilities to improve productivity and integrate pre-built AI services, rather than focusing on deep AI model development.

Configure and optimize SAP SD modules, including order management, pricing, delivery, billing, and credit management. Utilize AI copilots for generating functional specifications, validating pricing logic, automating test cases, and accelerating documentation. Support full implementation lifecycles, from requirements gathering and solution design to deployment and post-go-live support. Integrate SAP SD with other modules (MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM) and external systems using standard APIs and middleware. Leverage AI tools to expedite process analysis, pricing diagnostics, impact analysis, test planning, and documentation automation. Incorporate pre-built AI features into SD workflows for tasks such as exception detection, intelligent order classification, and smart summarization of issues. Apply LLM-assisted troubleshooting to reduce incident resolution times. Ensure solutions comply with organizational SDLC practices, audit controls, and governance requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics, finance, and supply chain to achieve O2C alignment. Contribute reusable templates and best practices, enhanced by AI accelerators.

Possess a strong understanding of SAP SD processes, including order creation, ATP, shipping, billing, credit checks, and pricing procedures. Have experience with SD/FI and SD/MM integrations and understanding cross-module dependencies. Demonstrate knowledge of master data (customer, material, pricing, credit), IDocs, outputs, and common SD troubleshooting. Provide hands-on experience with AI copilots, automated documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing/analysis tools. Be capable of integrating pre-built AI capabilities into SD process flows. Understand responsible AI usage and its limitations within commercial workflows. Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills in O2C scenarios. Translate business requirements into scalable SAP SD configurations effectively. Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse stakeholders. Maintain a continuous learning mindset and be comfortable using AI-augmented productivity tools. A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
