This role focuses on designing, configuring, and enhancing SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) processes. You will leverage AI-assisted development tools and copilots to accelerate various aspects of the software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to troubleshooting. The primary goal is to deliver efficient Order-to-Cash (O2C) solutions, integrating pre-built AI services where beneficial, and boosting productivity.

Key responsibilities include optimizing SAP SD components like order management, pricing, delivery, billing, credit management, and returns. You'll utilize AI copilots for drafting functional specifications, validating pricing logic, generating test cases, and creating documentation. The role involves supporting end-to-end implementation cycles, including gathering requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Integration with other SAP modules (MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM) and external systems via standard APIs and middleware is crucial. The position emphasizes using AI-enabled tools to accelerate process analysis, pricing issue diagnostics, impact analysis for changes, test planning, and documentation automation. You will also incorporate pre-built AI features into SD workflows for tasks such as automated exception detection, intelligent order classification, and smart summarization of order/delivery issues.

Adherence to organizational SDLC practices, audit controls, and compliance requirements is essential. Collaboration with logistics, finance, supply chain, master data, and technical teams is key to ensuring end-to-end O2C alignment. Contribution to reusable templates and best practices, enhanced by AI accelerators, is also expected. A continuous learning mindset and comfort with AI-augmented productivity tools are highly valued.

Configure and optimize SAP SD components including Order Management, Pricing, Conditions & Discounts, Delivery & Shipment Processing, Billing & Invoicing, Credit Management, and Returns & Refunds. Utilize AI copilots to draft functional specs, validate pricing logic, automate test case generation, and accelerate documentation creation. Support end-to-end implementation cycles, encompassing requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, SIT/UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support. Integrate SD with MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, and external systems using standard APIs and middleware. Apply AI-enabled tools to accelerate process analysis, pricing issue diagnostics, impact analysis for change requests, test planning and execution, and documentation automation. Incorporate pre-built AI features into SD workflows for automated exception detection, intelligent order classification, and smart summarization of order/delivery issues. Employ LLM-assisted troubleshooting during incidents to reduce resolution time. Ensure solutions adhere to organizational SDLC practices, audit controls, pricing governance, and compliance requirements. Conduct workshops, solution walkthroughs, and optimization discussions using AI-supported insights. Partner with logistics, finance, supply chain, master data, and technical teams to deliver end-to-end O2C alignment. Contribute reusable templates, test packs, and best practices enhanced by AI-assisted accelerators.

Possess a strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including order creation, ATP, shipping, billing, credit checks, and pricing procedures. Have experience with SD/FI and SD/MM integrations and cross-module dependencies. Demonstrate knowledge of master data (customer, material, pricing, credit), IDocs, outputs, and common SD troubleshooting steps. Show hands-on experience using AI copilots, automated documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing/analysis tools. Have the ability to integrate pre-built AI capabilities into SD process flows, focusing on application rather than custom LLM development. Understand responsible AI usage and its limitations, particularly in commercial workflows. Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities in O2C scenarios. Be able to translate business requirements into scalable SAP SD configurations. Possess effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders. Maintain a continuous learning mindset and be comfortable using AI-augmented productivity tools. A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
