Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer and contribute to developing cutting-edge software solutions. You will be responsible for designing, coding, and enhancing components across various systems, utilizing modern frameworks and agile methodologies to deliver high-performing, scalable applications tailored to specific business requirements.

This role focuses on leveraging AI-assisted development tools and copilots to accelerate the entire development lifecycle, from requirement analysis and configuration to testing, documentation, and troubleshooting. The goal is to deliver robust and scalable solutions that integrate pre-built AI services, enhancing productivity without requiring deep custom AI model development.

Configure and optimize SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding processes, including new hire workflows, compliance steps, and document management. Utilize AI copilots to expedite configuration notes, generate functional specifications, streamline testing, and automate documentation. Support the full delivery lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to deployment and hypercare.

Apply AI-assisted tools for accelerated requirement interpretation, configuration validation, test script generation, and workflow creation. Enhance onboarding experiences using pre-built AI services, such as automated form validation and document summarization. Troubleshoot issues efficiently with LLM-based analysis and guided debugging tools.

Adhere strictly to data privacy, compliance, audit, and security standards for HR systems. Engage in client workshops, solution walkthroughs, and root cause analysis sessions. Collaborate effectively with HR, technical integration teams, cross-module SF teams, and business stakeholders. Contribute to reusable configuration templates and AI-enabled best practice accelerators.

Demonstrate strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (version 2.0 preferred), including a solid understanding of onboarding process flows, compliance forms, and document management. Familiarity with the integration architecture across EC, RCM, RPO, DMS, and external HR systems is essential.

Possess hands-on experience with AI copilots, LLM-based documentation tools, and AI-enabled impact analysis or testing accelerators. Ability to integrate pre-built AI capabilities is required; custom model building or RAG/agentic AI development is not expected. Develop a strong understanding of responsible AI usage and the limitations of AI tools for safe deployment in HR contexts.

Bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to HR workflows. Effectively translate business requirements into scalable configurations. Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills across functional and technical teams, coupled with a continuous learning mindset and comfort with AI-assisted work.
