Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer, focusing on developing and enhancing SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting solutions. You will leverage AI-assisted development tools and copilots to streamline financial process analysis, configuration, documentation, and troubleshooting. This role prioritizes integration, quality delivery, and AI-enabled productivity, without requiring deep model development.

Configure and enhance core SAP FI components, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting. Translate business requirements into scalable SAP configurations using AI copilots for accelerated analysis and documentation. Support end-to-end delivery, from requirements gathering to hypercare, and integrate SAP FI with other SAP modules and external systems.

Utilize AI copilots for drafting functional specifications, validating configurations, and generating test scripts. Apply pre-built AI services to enhance finance processes and use AI tools for financial data interpretation and error diagnosis. Ensure compliance with SDLC, audit controls, and finance governance standards while collaborating with stakeholders.

Conduct workshops and solution walkthroughs, leveraging AI-enhanced insights. Contribute to reusable templates, checklists, and AI-assisted development best practices. Deliver faster, more reliable SAP FI S/4HANA solutions and improve financial accuracy and efficiency through AI-supported workflows.

A strong understanding of SAP FI S/4HANA processes, including the Universal Journal, Financial Closing & Reporting, AP/AR Processing, Asset Accounting, Banking & Cash Management, and Taxation is essential. Experience integrating FI with CO, MM, and SD is required.

Demonstrate hands-on experience with AI copilots, LLM-based assistants, automated documentation, and AI-driven testing tools. Possess a solid understanding of AI concepts, limitations, responsible AI usage, and the practical application of pre-built AI services. The ability to use AI for analysis, validation, test generation, workflow optimization, and issue resolution is crucial.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in finance processes and data are necessary. Clear communication and collaboration abilities with business and technical teams are expected. A continuous learning mindset and comfort with adopting AI-enabled workflows are key. A minimum of 3 years of experience and 15 years of full-time education are mandatory.
