Configure and optimize key SAP SD modules, including order management, pricing, delivery, billing, and credit management. Utilize AI copilots to generate functional specifications, validate pricing logic, automate test cases, and expedite documentation. Support full implementation lifecycles, from requirements gathering and solution design to post-go-live support. Integrate SAP SD with other modules like MM, FI, PP, and WM/EWM, as well as external systems via APIs and middleware. Apply AI-enabled tools to accelerate process analysis, diagnostic procedures, impact assessments, and test execution. Incorporate pre-built AI features into SD workflows for automated exception detection and intelligent order handling. Leverage LLM-assisted troubleshooting to reduce incident resolution times. Ensure solutions comply with organizational SDLC practices, audit controls, and governance requirements. Collaborate with logistics, finance, supply chain, and technical teams to align Order to Cash (O2C) processes. Contribute reusable templates and best practices enhanced by AI accelerators.

Possess a strong foundation in SAP SD, with a deep understanding of O2C processes such as order creation, ATP, shipping, billing, and credit checks. Demonstrate experience with SD/FI and SD/MM integrations and their cross-module dependencies. Have knowledge of master data, IDocs, outputs, and common SD troubleshooting techniques. Gain hands-on experience with AI copilots, automated documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing and analysis. Be able to integrate pre-built AI capabilities into SD process flows, understanding responsible AI usage and limitations. Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills in O2C scenarios. Effectively translate business requirements into scalable SAP SD configurations. Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills for engaging with cross-functional stakeholders. Maintain a continuous learning mindset and comfort with AI-augmented productivity tools.

A minimum of 3 years of experience is required. Full-time education for 15 years is mandatory.
