Opportunity for a skilled Custom Software Engineer to develop innovative software solutions. This role involves designing, coding, and enhancing system components using modern frameworks and agile methodologies. This position also encompasses the Cority Functional Consultant role, dedicated to implementing and optimizing Cority HSE solutions. You will analyze client needs, configure HSE modules, and ensure seamless integration between business processes and application capabilities. Collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams is key to delivering compliant and effective HSE solutions.

- Independently perform duties and become a subject matter expert. - Actively participate and contribute to team discussions and problem-solving. - Analyze business requirements, creating functional specifications, process flows, use cases, and requirement analysis documents. - Align HSE business processes with Cority application architecture and platform capabilities. - Configure and customize Cority HSE modules according to business and regulatory needs. - Support end-to-end implementation, including design, testing, deployment, go-live, and hypercare. - Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams, as well as business users, for successful project outcomes. - Assist with issue resolution, enhancements, and process optimization initiatives. - Document configurations, business processes, and solution designs for knowledge management.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Cority Functional Knowledge and HSE/EHS domain implementations. - Strong understanding of HSE business processes and regulatory compliance. - Proficiency in Environment Monitoring processes (Air, Water, Waste, Soil, Groundwater) and related Cority modules. - Hands-on experience implementing Cority HSE modules in multi-site client environments. - Experience configuring and customizing various Cority HSE modules. - Experience conducting requirement gathering workshops and preparing functional documentation. - Familiarity with Cority APIs and integration capabilities. - Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions. - Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. - Familiarity with software testing, deployment support, and issue management. - Requires 15 years of full-time education.
