Configure and optimize SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP), including pay components, off-cycle processes, gross-to-net calculations, and schemas. Utilize AI copilots to accelerate the generation of functional specifications, configuration notes, testing scenarios, and payroll validation logic. Support the entire delivery lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering and solution design through user acceptance testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization. Ensure seamless integration between Employee Central (EC), Time Management, HRIS Sync, BIB, and other payroll-relevant third-party systems. Perform payroll simulations, validations, reconciliations, and error diagnostics, employing AI-assisted accelerators for efficiency. Apply AI tools for impact analysis, configuration analysis, test script automation, defect analysis, and guided troubleshooting. Integrate pre-built AI services for tasks like automated anomaly detection on payroll variances and intelligent categorization of payroll tickets. Ensure strict adherence to all local and global payroll regulations, audit requirements, data privacy laws, and security standards. Collaborate effectively with HR operations, finance, technical integration teams, and external providers. Contribute to the development of reusable payroll templates, configuration patterns, and best practices incorporating AI-assisted workflows.

Possess strong hands-on experience with SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and/or SAP HCM Payroll fundamentals, including PCRs, schemas, wage types, retrocalculations, payroll calendars, and off-cycle runs. Demonstrate a solid understanding of payroll posting to finance (FI/CO) and payroll reconciliation practices. Show practical experience using AI copilots and LLM-based tools for analysis, documentation, test generation, and troubleshooting. Exhibit the ability to integrate pre-built AI capabilities such as automated validations and anomaly detection. Maintain a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, particularly within data-driven payroll scenarios. Effectively translate complex business rules into accurate payroll configurations. Communicate and collaborate proficiently across HR, payroll, and technical teams. Maintain a continuous learning mindset, demonstrating comfort with adopting AI-enabled development and support workflows. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required, with a preference for candidates within a 2-5 year experience range.
