This role involves developing and enhancing custom SAP FI S/4HANA solutions. You will leverage modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing software tailored to specific business needs. The position emphasizes integration, quality, and AI-driven productivity to optimize financial processes.

The focus will be on configuring and improving core SAP FI functionalities. This includes areas like General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Banking, Tax, and Financial Closing. You'll translate business requirements into effective SAP configurations, utilizing AI copilots to streamline analysis and documentation.

AI assisted development tools will be integral to this role, accelerating tasks such as drafting functional specifications, validating configurations, generating test scripts, and troubleshooting. You will also apply pre-built AI services to enhance financial process analysis and support.

Configure and enhance core SAP FI components, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Banking, Tax, and Financial Closing. Translate business requirements into scalable SAP configurations using AI copilots to expedite analysis and documentation. Support end-to-end delivery from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare. Integrate SAP FI with other SAP modules (MM, SD, CO, AA) and external systems using standard integration patterns and APIs. Utilize AI copilots for drafting functional specifications, validating configurations, generating test scripts, performing impact analysis, and creating documentation. Apply pre-built AI services, such as anomaly detection and intelligent validations, to improve finance processes. Employ AI tools for interpreting financial data, diagnosing errors, and resolving issues more rapidly. Ensure adherence to SDLC, audit controls, finance governance, data accuracy, and system performance standards. Conduct workshops, solution walkthroughs, testing cycles, and troubleshooting sessions, augmented by AI-enhanced insights. Collaborate effectively with finance users, functional and technical teams, and cross-module stakeholders to deliver aligned, high-quality solutions. Contribute to the development of reusable templates, checklists, documentation patterns, and best practices for AI-assisted development.

Possess a strong understanding of SAP FI S/4HANA processes, including the Universal Journal, Financial Closing & Reporting, AP/AR Processing, Asset Accounting, Banking & Cash Management, and Taxation. Demonstrate experience integrating FI with CO, MM, and SD modules. Have hands-on experience with AI copilots, LLM-based assistants, automated documentation tools, and AI-driven testing utilities. Understand fundamental AI concepts, including limitations, responsible AI usage, and the practical application of pre-built AI services (model training, RAG, or agentic development are not primary requirements). Exhibit the ability to leverage AI for analysis, validation, test generation, workflow optimization, and issue resolution. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to finance processes and data. Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams. Be adept at translating business requirements into well-structured SAP finance solutions. Maintain a continuous learning mindset and comfort with adopting AI-enabled workflows.
