Join us as a Custom Software Engineer to design, code, and enhance components across various systems and applications. You will leverage modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. This role involves utilizing AI-assisted development tools and copilots to accelerate financial process analysis, configuration, documentation, testing, and troubleshooting.

Emphasis will be placed on integration, quality delivery, and AI-enabled productivity. While AI is integral, deep model development or advanced LLM/RAG engineering is not required. This is an opportunity to create software that powers change and empowers people, contributing to innovative technology solutions.

Configure and enhance core SAP FI components, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Banking, Tax, and Financial Closing. Translate business requirements into scalable SAP configurations, using AI copilots to speed up analysis and documentation. Support the entire delivery lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare.

Integrate SAP FI with other SAP modules (MM, SD, CO, AA) and external systems via standard integration patterns/APIs. Utilize AI copilots for drafting functional specifications, validating configurations, generating test scripts, performing impact analysis, and creating documentation. Apply pre-built AI services for anomaly detection, forecasting, and intelligent validations to improve finance processes. Employ AI tools for financial data interpretation, error diagnosis, and faster issue resolution.

Ensure adherence to SDLC, audit controls, finance governance, data accuracy, and system performance standards. Conduct workshops, solution walkthroughs, testing cycles, and troubleshooting sessions enhanced by AI insights. Collaborate effectively with finance users, functional teams, technical teams, and cross-module stakeholders to deliver aligned, high-quality solutions. Contribute to reusable templates, checklists, documentation patterns, and AI-assisted development best practices.

A strong understanding of SAP FI S/4HANA processes is essential, including the Universal Journal, Financial Closing & Reporting, AP/AR Processing, Asset Accounting, Banking & Cash Management, and Taxation and compliance. Experience integrating SAP FI with CO, MM, and SD modules is required.

Hands-on experience with AI copilots, LLM-based assistants, automated documentation tools, and AI-driven testing tools is crucial. You should possess a fundamental understanding of AI concepts, its limitations, responsible AI usage, and the practical application of pre-built AI services. The ability to use AI for analysis, validation, test generation, workflow optimization, and issue resolution is key.

General skills include strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in finance processes and data, clear communication skills, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams. You should be adept at translating business requirements into well-structured SAP finance solutions and possess a continuous learning mindset, comfortable adopting AI-enabled workflows. A minimum of 3 years of experience is mandatory. 15 years of full-time education is required.
