Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer, focusing on SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). You'll be instrumental in designing, coding, and enhancing system components using modern frameworks and agile practices.

This role emphasizes delivering scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs, with a strong focus on leveraging AI assisted development tools and copilots. You will contribute to efficient Order to Cash (O2C) solutions, integrating pre-built AI services to enhance productivity and streamline processes rather than developing custom AI models.

We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). A 15-year full-time education is a prerequisite for this position.

Configure and optimize SAP SD components, including order management, pricing, delivery, billing, credit management, and returns. Utilize AI copilots to expedite the creation of functional specifications, validation of pricing logic, automation of test case generation, and acceleration of documentation. Support end-to-end implementation cycles, encompassing requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and post-go-live support. Integrate SAP SD with MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, and external systems using standard APIs and middleware. Apply AI-enabled tools to accelerate process analysis, pricing issue diagnostics, impact analysis for change requests, test planning, and documentation automation. Incorporate pre-built AI features into SD workflows, such as automated exception detection, intelligent order classification, and smart summarization of issues. Leverage LLM assisted troubleshooting to reduce incident resolution times.

Possess a strong understanding of O2C processes, including order creation, ATP, shipping, billing, credit checks, and pricing procedures. Demonstrate experience with SD/FI and SD/MM integrations, along with an understanding of cross-module dependencies. Exhibit knowledge of master data (customer, material, pricing, credit), IDocs, outputs, and common SD troubleshooting steps. Have hands-on experience with AI copilots, automated documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing/analysis tools. Possess the ability to integrate pre-built AI capabilities into SD process flows. Show strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities within O2C scenarios. Effectively translate business requirements into scalable SAP SD configurations. Communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. Maintain a continuous learning mindset and be comfortable using AI-augmented productivity tools.
