This role focuses on developing and enhancing custom software solutions, specifically within SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. You will leverage modern frameworks and agile methodologies to deliver robust, scalable solutions tailored to business needs. The position emphasizes integrating financial processes and ensuring quality delivery, with an AI-assisted approach to accelerate development tasks.

Key responsibilities include configuring and enhancing core SAP FI components, translating business requirements into effective SAP configurations using AI copilots, and supporting the entire delivery lifecycle from gathering requirements to hypercare. Integration with other SAP modules and external systems is also a crucial aspect of this role.

Configure and enhance core SAP FI components, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Banking, Tax, and Financial Closing. Translate business requirements into scalable SAP configurations, utilizing AI copilots to streamline analysis and documentation processes. Provide end-to-end support throughout the project lifecycle: requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-launch hypercare. Integrate SAP FI with other SAP modules (MM, SD, CO, AA) and external systems via standard integration patterns and APIs. Utilize AI copilots for drafting functional specifications, validating configurations, generating test scripts, performing impact analysis, and creating documentation. Apply pre-built AI services, such as anomaly detection and intelligent validations, to enhance financial processes. Leverage AI tools for interpreting financial data, diagnosing errors, and accelerating issue resolution. Ensure adherence to SDLC, audit controls, finance governance, data accuracy, and system performance standards. Conduct workshops, solution walkthroughs, testing cycles, and troubleshooting sessions, benefiting from AI-enhanced insights. Collaborate effectively with finance users, functional teams, technical teams, and cross-module stakeholders to deliver aligned, high-quality solutions. Contribute to the development of reusable templates, checklists, documentation patterns, and best practices for AI-assisted development.

A strong foundation in SAP FI S/4HANA processes is essential, covering the Universal Journal, Financial Closing & Reporting, AP/AR Processing, Asset Accounting (AA), Banking & Cash Management, and Taxation and compliance. Demonstrated experience in integrating SAP FI with CO, MM, and SD modules. Practical experience with AI copilots, LLM-based assistants, automated documentation tools, and AI-driven testing tools. Understanding of AI concepts, its limitations, responsible AI usage principles, and the practical application of pre-built AI services, without requiring model training or advanced RAG/agentic development. Proficiency in using AI for analysis, validation, test generation, workflow optimization, and issue resolution. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities specifically within finance processes and data. Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with both business and technical teams. A proven ability to translate complex business requirements into well-structured SAP finance solutions. A continuous learning mindset, demonstrating comfort and adaptability in adopting AI-enabled workflows.
