This role involves utilizing AI-assisted development tools and copilots to accelerate financial process analysis, configuration, documentation, test creation, and troubleshooting within SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.

Configure and enhance core SAP FI components including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Banking, Tax, and Financial Closing. Translate business requirements into scalable SAP configurations using AI copilots for accelerated analysis and documentation. Support end-to-end delivery from requirements gathering to hypercare, integrating SAP FI with other SAP modules (MM, SD, CO, AA) and external systems.

Utilize AI copilots for drafting functional specifications, validating configuration, generating test scripts, performing impact analysis, and creating documentation. Apply pre-built AI services for anomaly detection, forecasting, and intelligent validations to improve finance processes. Employ AI tools for financial data interpretation, error diagnosis, and faster issue resolution.

Ensure adherence to SDLC, audit controls, finance governance, data accuracy, and system performance standards. Conduct workshops, solution walkthroughs, testing cycles, and troubleshooting sessions with AI-enhanced insights. Collaborate effectively with finance users, functional and technical teams, and cross-module stakeholders to deliver aligned, high-quality solutions. Contribute to reusable templates, checklists, documentation patterns, and AI-assisted development best practices.

Possess strong SAP Finance expertise, including a deep understanding of SAP FI S/4HANA processes such as the Universal Journal, Financial Closing & Reporting, AP/AR Processing, Asset Accounting, Banking & Cash Management, and Taxation. Demonstrate experience integrating FI with CO, MM, and SD modules.

Exhibit AI-ready skills with hands-on experience using AI copilots, LLM-based assistants, automated documentation tools, and AI-driven testing. Understand AI concepts, limitations, responsible AI usage, and the practical application of pre-built AI services (model training, RAG, or agentic development are not required). Ability to leverage AI for analysis, validation, test generation, workflow optimization, and issue resolution is crucial.

General skills include strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in finance processes and data. Possess clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.
