Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer focused on Packaged Application Development. You will play a key role in designing, building, and configuring applications to meet diverse business process and application needs. As a Salesforce Data 360 Developer, your primary responsibility will be to configure, build, and support robust customer data solutions within Salesforce Data Cloud. You will contribute as a senior developer, actively involved in data ingestion, modeling, identity resolution, transformations, and segmentation. Close collaboration with architects and business teams will ensure successful implementations aligned with strategic requirements.

Configure and maintain Data Streams from various Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing) and external systems.

Develop and manage Data Model Objects (DMOs), configure Identity Resolution rules, and create Data Transforms.

Write and optimize SQL for Calculated Insights and create/test segments for downstream activation.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data discrepancies, unification, or mismatches.

Provide support for UAT, deployments, and post-go-live production challenges.

Collaborate with architects and analysts to translate technical designs into functional solutions.

Engage in code reviews, testing, and release cycles, supporting defect resolution and optimization efforts.

Document Data 360 configurations and technical workflows.

A minimum of 3 years of experience is mandatory for this role, with a preference for 3–5 years of overall Salesforce experience and at least 1 year in Data 360 implementation projects.

Essential skills include hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) configuration and development, covering Data Streams, DMOs, Identity Resolution, Data Transforms, Calculated Insights (SQL), Segmentation, and Activation.

Candidates must possess strong problem-solving and communication skills, along with proficient SQL abilities (joins, aggregations, window functions preferred).

Experience with JSON, APIs, data integration pipelines, and an understanding of event-based data and customer engagement tracking are also required.

Mandatory certifications include Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Administrator. Experience in Agile teams is highly beneficial.
