Seeking a Custom Software Engineer to craft bespoke software solutions. This role involves designing, coding, and refining system components using modern frameworks and agile methodologies. The objective is to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions that precisely meet business requirements.

As part of a dynamic team, you will contribute to the entire development lifecycle, ensuring efficient and tailored software delivery. The position emphasizes collaboration and innovation to achieve project milestones and elevate system capabilities.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with project teams and clients for successful project delivery. You will maintain and configure Kronos modules, such as accruals and timekeeper functionalities.

Engage in functional, integration, and user acceptance testing, and provide essential support to clients during system handover. Experience with test automation or manual testing on the UKG platform is valuable.

This role also involves mentoring junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment, and demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective interpersonal communication is crucial for interfacing with colleagues and customers, driving tasks to completion with minimal supervision.

A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the Pro WFM domain is mandatory, with at least 2+ years specifically in Pro WFM. Expertise in Kronos, including functional knowledge of Timekeeping, Accruals, and Basic Scheduler, is essential.

Proficiency in Business Structure Setup and Labor Category Setup within Pro WFM is required. Practical experience with Dell Boomi is also necessary, though WIM experience alone is insufficient. Boomi certification is a significant advantage.

Familiarity with Data Views Setup is beneficial. Experience in building custom reports using the BIRT tool or managing CRT tables and integrations in Pro WFM will be considered an added plus. This role requires adaptability to rotational shifts, including Shift A, B, and C.
