Join our banking transformation program as a Custom Software Engineer specializing in SAP Banking solutions. You will be instrumental in developing and enhancing custom software components, leveraging modern frameworks and agile methodologies to create scalable, high-performance solutions. We are seeking individuals with hands-on experience in SAP Core Banking or SAP Transactional Banking, preferably across implementation, configuration, integration, migration, or production support. A strong foundation in the banking domain is essential for success in this dynamic role.

Translate complex banking requirements into effective SAP Banking solutions through collaboration with business and technology teams. Configure and support SAP Core Banking functionalities, ensuring alignment with business needs. Contribute to end-to-end SAP Banking implementation and transformation initiatives. Assist in product configuration across Deposits Management, Loans, Business Partner, and Payments modules. Analyze legacy banking processes and facilitate their seamless migration to SAP. Support critical data migration, reconciliation, and validation activities. Develop and maintain integrations between SAP Banking modules and external banking applications. Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, defects, and production incidents efficiently. Participate actively in SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production deployment phases. Collaborate closely with technical teams on interfaces, APIs, integrations, and batch processing. Prepare comprehensive functional specifications, configuration documents, test scenarios, and operational documentation. Engage in design discussions, providing valuable banking domain expertise. Support release planning, implementation, and post-go-live activities. Foster effective collaboration with diverse teams across business, technology, vendors, and banking stakeholders.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Banking, SAP Core Banking, or SAP Transactional Banking is mandatory. Demonstrated expertise in at least one of the following SAP Banking areas: Deposits Management, Loans Management, Business Partner (FS-BP), or Payments (Payment Engine/Payment Central). Proven experience in SAP Banking implementation, migration, configuration, or production support roles. A solid understanding of banking products, processes, and the integration capabilities within SAP Banking components. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with both business and technology stakeholders. Candidates with a background in 15 years of full-time education are preferred.
