Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer to architect and deliver cutting-edge AI-native Oracle solutions. You'll be instrumental in building and running bespoke AI applications and agents on OCI, specifically tailored to customer data and Oracle Profitability and Cost Management (PCMCS) processes.

This role involves leading the design, build, and configuration of applications, serving as the primary point of contact for key initiatives. If you're passionate about leveraging AI within the Oracle ecosystem, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact.

Design and develop custom Oracle AI solutions to enhance Oracle Profitability and Cost Management (PCMCS) scenarios using OCI AI services and Oracle data platforms. Implement end-to-end RAG/agent patterns, covering ingestion, chunking/embeddings, vector search, re-ranking, and grounded generation with citations. Define and integrate evaluation metrics and quality gates, including grounding checks, regression tests, and red-team prompts, into CI/CD pipelines. Engineer secure-by-design deployments utilizing OCI IAM policies, network isolation, secrets management, and audit logging for robust production readiness. Manage AI operations in production, focusing on SLOs, monitoring (latency, errors, token/cost), incident playbooks, and continuous performance optimization.

A strong engineering background in the Oracle Profitability and Cost Management (PCMCS) domain is essential for grounding AI outputs in relevant Oracle process and data contexts. Proficiency in OCI Generative AI and Data Science foundations, including vector databases and embeddings, is required. Experience with Oracle data integration and governance, encompassing PII classification, access control, and lineage, is crucial. Demonstrated expertise in LLMOps, covering prompt/version control, evaluation harnesses, monitoring, and FinOps cost controls. Ability to take Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to production while adhering to governance and reliability standards.
